a. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Our gowns are made-to-order and may require specific lead times. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure all measurements, specifications, and selections are accurate.

b. Retail Partners

Anne Barge gowns are available through authorized retailers and bridal salons. Terms regarding fittings, alterations, and payments may vary by retailer and are subject to their independent policies.

c. Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Full payment may be required before an order is processed.

4. Returns and Exchanges

You may cancel your order or request style, color, or size changes within 72 hours of placement for a full refund of all costs and fees. Thereafter, your special order cannot be changed and a forfeit of your payment will be adhered to if a cancellation is received after 72 hours. Please contact support@annebarge.com

All our gowns are made to order; therefore, on-line special orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Before placing your order, please be sure of the style, color, and size before you submit your order. The submission of any order fully acknowledges your agreements to these Terms & Conditions.
