To place a “special order” means to place an order for a bridal or evening gown that is made-to-order for you in the size that best fits your measurements.
Prices may vary depending on options selected, level of customizations, and the services offered by each authorized retailer.
Gowns purchased through an authorized retailer can vary by style. Retailers often have slightly different timeframes for their services. Please contact the authorized retailer where you’ll be buying your dress for the most accurate estimated time of arrival.
Size & Fit
Anne Barge knows how meaningful it is for brides to be able to try on wedding dresses without the worry of a gown not being available in some sizing. Anne Barge is proud to be a size-inclusive brand. Authorized retailers carry a curated assortment of our bridal gowns in store and the samples typically range in sizes from 8 - 12. If you are a bride who is concerned that a store's stock sample may be too small or too big for you to imagine how it would look in your size, let your retail stylist know. Stores are able to request an Anne Barge designer sample on loan in a select variety of sample sizes. Depending upon the gown style, designer sample availability ranges from runway sample size up to size 20 and above. When it comes time to order your Anne Barge wedding dress, any dress from our collections can be made into sizes 0-22 and 16SP-24SP. The distinction of offering two size charts allows the Anne Barge brand to cater to the many diverse bodies of the modern woman. Additionally, Anne Barge offers sizing customizations which address the specific requirements of some brides. Whether you are petite, curvy, or both, Anne Barge offers custom changes on our wedding dresses to allow for a bride's proportional needs. At Anne Barge, refined style is fit for everyone. Our dresses are made to order and each store or customer is responsible for taking proper measurements and ordering the closest size that is best for you.
Most often, yes. There are certain items that are only produced in a limited size run. Custom measurements can be taken and ordered by an authorized retailer only. If you do not see your size available online, please email an Expert Stylist, or give them a call at 404.873.8070.
Alterations
All wedding gowns will need alterations. The extent of alterations can vary depending on how many changes need to be made. Timing your alterations is important to ensure a proper fit. You may lose or gain weight after the gown has been altered which could affect the gowns overall look and fit.
We recommend allowing 2 to 3 months from your first fitting to your last as an ideal timeline to make all the alterations.
Shipping Online Orders
Blue Willow, Black Label and Accessories: We strive to provide a meaningful and personal bridal experience to every bride who purchases an Anne Barge gown. To ensure a personalized experience for all our brides, you will be contacted by an Anne Barge Expert Stylist to arrange your gown to be shipped ground complimentary to one of our Authorized Retailers convenient to you. Our authorized retailer will receive your gown to make sure it is in pristine condition for you to try on, answer any questions you may have about the fit of your dress, help you with additional bridal styling needs, and offer alterations (additional fees apply) if they provide in house or suggest qualified seamstresses in your area.
For all other online purchases, items will be shipped via FedEx or UPS with signature required. For security reasons, all annebarge.com purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through FedEx or UPS.

The Little White Dress Collections:
Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. We offer complimentary ground shipping. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date.
If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary.
Please note that international shipments may arrive 2-3 days later than normal. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are unable to ship to a PO Box and military addresses. Anne Barge is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

Yes. We ship to over 100 countries worldwide through our partnership with FedEx. International customers are now able to shop our products online in USD with the amount paid fully inclusive of delivery to the specified international delivery address and all duties, taxes and customs clearance. International orders are sent as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), however the customer is responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with the state and federal government regulations.

Changes, returns, or cancellations
Accessories:
You may cancel your order or request style, color, or size changes within 72 hours of placement for a full refund of all costs and fees. Thereafter, your special order cannot be changed and a forfeit of your payment will be adhered to if a cancellation is received after 72 hours. Please contact support@annebarge.com immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to your order.
All our accessories are made to order; therefore, on-line special orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Before placing your order, please be sure of the style, color, and size before you submit your order. The submission of any order fully acknowledges your agreements to these Terms & Conditions.

You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your shipment leaves the distribution center. We accept returns on all full price Little White Dresses within 7 days of delivery date. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition including all tags attached in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund.
