A Wedding in Anne Barge: One Bride, Two Stunning Looks
Real bride Ariel chose two Anne Barge dresses from the Anne Barge Atelier in Atlanta to complete her wedding bridal look at the Cherokee Town & Country Club. She wore a custom Black Label for her rehearsal dinner and a custom Bayberry from Anne Barge wedding dress for the after party.
Each dress perfectly complemented the garden-inspired, whimsical wedding day, filled with vibrant shades of fuchsia and orange. Not only did the bride wear Anne Barge, but the Mother of the Bride wore Black Label by Anne Barge. Collaborating with Anne Barge Creative Director Shawne Jacobs, she found the perfect poppy-red shade, elevating her dress with color-matched floral beading and intricate 3D florals adorning her sleeves.
From the bride:
"For our rehearsal dinner, I had a floral look in mind that took a step back from stark bridal whites. Shawne sourced a variety of gorgeous fabrics, keeping in mind the weekend's color story - and we landed on that gorgeous mini with the blue, orange, yellow, and gold mixed in throughout. The true art, however, was in the tailoring and fit!
"And finally, my reception dress was the one I was most excited about when we started the process - and is still my favorite dress of all! I pictured something fun, spunky, and textured to party in (comfortably) for the rest of the evening that we got just right. It was such a fun dress to design and wear!"
